Job Description:

Job Title: Industrial Project Manager


Location: Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex


Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000 per year


Job Type: Full-Time


Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage industrial projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.


• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.


• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and quality assurance.


• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations from the plan.


• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols.


• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports on project status.


• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project closeout reports.


• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.


• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of project management experience in industrial projects valued between $20 million to $40 million.


• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from start to finish.


• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.


• PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.


• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
