Overview
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Vice President of Engineering to lead and inspire our engineering organization. This role requires a strong technical leader with a proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams, manage large-scale infrastructure transformations, and deliver innovative, enterprise-level products.
As the Senior Vice President of Engineering, you will oversee the strategic direction, development, and delivery of infrastructure, data platforms, and AI-driven solutions. You will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning while driving excellence across the engineering organization.
Responsibilities
Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team of data engineers, data scientists, ML engineers, and AI specialists.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the engineering organization.
Oversee the design and implementation of scalable and robust data architectures aligned with business outcomes and objectives .
Ensure effective data governance and quality standards are maintained .
Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI and data science.
Evaluate and select technologies and tools for data processing, storage, ML, and AI development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, program mgmt , and business units, to understand and deliver solutions that meet data and business requirements.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Provide strategic direction for prioritization and resource allocation.
Build and model a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and innovation
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science , related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
15 years of professional experience, including experience developing and delivering infrastructure or enterprise products or services, both through initial launch and iterations.
10 years of experience leading, mentoring and growing a team of engineers and other technical team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS)
Proven track record of leading large-scale infrastructure transformations and delivering integrated products at an enterprise level.
Demonstrated experience managing relationships with engineering counterparts and resolving competing priorities through collaboration and negotiation.
Deep technical expertise in systems areas (e.g., storage, networking, compute , O/S , AI ) with the ability to effectively engage in technical discussions with senior engineers.
Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills, with a focus on fostering innovation and collaboration.

Compensation Range: $375,000 - $450,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
