Job Description:

Lead Engineer AI & Software (Boston Consulting Group, Inc. San Diego, CA): Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI-driven and software solutions to revolutionize client capabilities in the digital and AI & Gen AI space. Req. Bachelor's deg. or foreign equiv. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Financial Engineering, Information Technology, or related field & 5 yrs. of exp. as a Software Developer, or related occupation, responsible for developing data and AI models. In lieu of Bachelor's deg and 5 yrs. of exp, BCG will accept a Master's deg. or foreign equiv. in the above fields, and 3 yrs. of exp. as a Software Developer, or related occupation, responsible for developing data and AI models. Exp. must include at least 2 yrs. of exp. working in a technical client-facing role. Partial telecommute benefit available. Must report to and reside within commutable distance of the listed BCG office. Domestic/international travel required (up to 60%) based on client/company need. Salary: $204,900 - $239,200.
