Job Summary
Responsible for leading a team of Software Development Engineers in the planning and designing of software and web applications. Manages projects from design to testing, including new programs, enhancements and modifications. Collaborates with Quality Assurance team to conduct testing. Has overall responsibility for developing/administering performance standards for organizational unit. Manages team which may include exempt and non-exempt employees. Provides subject matter guidance to employees as required. Multifamily team in Emerging Experiences and Channel Operations (EECO) under P&T focuses on serving the customers living in multifamily buildings. We build the products to improve the experience for property managers and property owners to enable our Wi-Fi ready and Managed Wi-Fi product experience for multifamily subscribers.
In this role, you will directly manage 5-10 people ranging in experience, including full-time-employees and contractors. You will collaborate with cross functional teams and other departments in identifying product and technical requirements. The ideal candidate can articulate what s/he has learned from past management and other leadership experiences and how their values have shaped the growth of a team. This person should demonstrate an interest in others with an eye towards creating an inclusive team culture.
