Position: Executive Assistant (Temp to Hire) Hourly Rate: $20/hr
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
Assist with communications, including managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Coordinate office operations and maintain office organization.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
