Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Read and understand P&IDs / instrumentation loop drawings / C&E
• Understand process control and how to tune PID loops
• Configuration and troubleshooting of Modbus communications
• Perform scheduled ESD / LEL / H2S testing and calibration
• Programming and troubleshooting of the following
• Ability to troubleshoot wiring with multimeters
• PLC (I.e. Allen Bradley, Siemens, Eaton, etc.)
• RTU (I.e. ROC, FB107, Total Flow, etc.)
• HMI (I.e. Red Lion, Maple, Beier, etc.)
• Edge computers and software (I.e. Ignition, On-Logic, Moxa, etc.)
• Serial to Ethernet converters (I.e. Moxa, Phoenix, Red Lion, etc.)
• Various instrumentation (Pressure Transmitters, Flow Meters, Temperature Transmitters, Level Transmitters, Level Switches, etc.)

• Demonstrate the ability to Learn, be safe and communicate
• Have basic mechanical, electrical, and computer skills
• Must demonstrate work ethics that align with core values
