A day in the life.
As our Account Director on the Employee Health & Benefits team, you'll have overall responsibility for the client relationship within an assigned book-of-business. This involves establishing and maintaining excellent internal and external relationships, seeking and understanding the client's needs, and managing the team responsible for delivering all aspects of our services delivered. While the Account Director does not have direct new business sales responsibilities, they are expected to participate in the sales process, maintain a high client retention rate and maintain a book of business that meets or exceeds the target book of business size over time.
This role has the ability to work out of any of our Michigan locations - Troy, Grand Rapids, or Livonia.
