The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for supporting the Credit Manager in maintaining the Accounts Receivable accounts. Additionally, the Accounts Receivable Clerk may be responsible for working in other areas within the Controller's Office, including income audit, accounts payable, and general cashiering in accordance with all related polices and procedures.
Job Description
Participates in all areas as needed
Billing of Master Accounts
Printout of Group Turnovers and make the files for future groups
Assign PM and AR numbers in Opera for future groups
Review and checkout Posting Masters (PM's) on a daily basis
Handle phone inquiries from internal staff as well as from transient guests
Be able to bill special accounts using Excel
Review Group Contracts prior to arrival and efficiently make notes in PMS system
Attend Resume and PreCon Meetings as needed
Review Open Folios on a daily basis
Assist the Credit Manager in all duties required by department
Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned. The employee may be expected to work in other areas of the hotel when needed to assist operations to perform job duties not necessarily contained in this job description.

4-year Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred
Experience in similar position in Full Service Luxury Hotel/Resort preferred
