The Enterprise Storage Business Unit (BU) is responsible for building, launching and managing NetApp's core storage and data management products. The team is responsible for developing next generation Storage Portfolio and scale adoption of current generation by being at the forefront of innovation and collaborating across NetApp's hybrid cloud portfolio (Public, Private & On Prem).
Enterprise Storage BU is looking for a Director of Business Operations and Program Management with the main charter to improve execution rigor and operations efficiencies in Planning and "Run and Grow the Business" phase. This leader will also be collaborating with Product Management, PMO and XFN teams to roll out structured programs for post-launch scaling phase.
You will work closely with senior leadership in the planning, evaluation, and selection of the right opportunities to optimize processes across BU and bridge the gap between the business, data, tech, and operations teams.

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 193,035 - 287,320 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
