Coordinate and assist with data collection and reporting for Iron Mining industry
Conducting and managing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA)
Conducting and managing building hazardous material assessments
Managing Phase II ESAs and related soil, vapor and groundwater contaminant investigations
Performing detailed cost estimates for environmental investigation and remediation projects
Preparing response action plans to facilitate remediation and redevelopment
Coordinating and directing field personnel and contractor personnel
Manage projects involving direct client and/or regulatory communications.
Data evaluation and report preparation
Required Skills:
Ability to read and independently analyze and interpret technical reports, technical guidance documents, and governmental regulations pertaining to environmental contamination
Strong technical writings skills including written reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
Ability to effectively present information verbally and respond to questions from managers, clients, and the general public
Ability to Independently solve practical problems and manage daily project variables
Highly organized, attention to details
Manage client relationships
Required Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Geology or Environmental Sciences, Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds.
Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving history and be willing to use personal vehicle on company projects as required.
5+ years related experience in environmental assessment, investigations, and remediation
OSHA 40-hour Hazwoper
MSHA safety training and iron mining industry experience preferred.

Compensation Range: $63,900.00 - $95,900.00
