Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager specializing in Electrical Construction to oversee and manage electrical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and adhere to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee electrical construction projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient project execution.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and quality of work, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting any risks and mitigation strategies.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate communication between clients, architects, engineers, and construction teams.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Project Manager in electrical construction with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes (NEC), and standards for construction.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
Familiarity with MEP systems, mission critical projects, and industrial/commercial construction is preferred.
