Salary: $70,000-$110,000
Position Overview The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of residential and commercial construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing resources, and maintaining safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.
Manage submittals, change orders, and requests for information (RFIs) effectively.
Conduct regular project meetings to monitor progress and address any issues.
Forecast project needs and coordinate procurement of materials and resources.
Collaborate with engineering design teams to ensure project specifications are met.
Prepare and present project reports to management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and quality control processes.
Experience with project management software and tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Certification in Project Management (PMP) is a plus.
