Hybrid Tax Manager Position Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Hybrid Tax Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will play a critical part in managing tax compliance and advisory services for our diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals and partnerships. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to provide strategic tax planning and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage tax compliance and reporting for high-net-worth individuals and partnerships.
Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients, ensuring optimal tax strategies are implemented.
Review and prepare federal and state tax returns, including Form 1040 and partnership returns.
Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation and information for accurate tax filings.
Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to provide informed guidance and recommendations to clients.
Train and mentor junior staff members in tax preparation and compliance processes.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or EA designation is required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax compliance and advisory services.
Proven expertise in partnership tax and high-net-worth individual tax matters.
Strong understanding of federal and state tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong client relationships.
