They do about $100M in projects per year and are looking for a Civil PM with 5+ years experience to work a Lake Placid job for one year before relocating to the Albany area. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple civil construction projects from start to finish.
Develop project plans, including defining scope, budget, and timeline.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Oversee procurement processes, including selection of contractors and suppliers.
Implement and maintain document control procedures to ensure accurate project records.
Ensure the successful execution of construction work in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet goals.
Conduct regular project meetings to communicate updates, challenges, and solutions to the team.
Manage project risks and promote a culture of safety within the team.
Required Qualifications
5+ years civil construction PM experience
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Sage 300, Procore, or similar
Familiarity with LEED certifications and sustainable construction practices.
Sitework experience a plus
