Your Role:
As a Lead Mitigation Technician, you will lead a team in assessing, extracting, drying, and restoring properties affected by water damage. You will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality service while maintaining safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
? Conduct damage assessments and structural inspections
? Lead water mitigation efforts, including extraction, drying, and cleanup
? Communicate with customers to explain damage causes and restoration plans
? Train and guide technicians to ensure efficient project execution
? Maintain detailed documentation using industry software
? Ensure all safety and compliance protocols are followed
? Participate in on-call rotations for emergency response
Certifications: WRT certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain
Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Physical Ability: Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in various conditions
Mindset: Positive attitude, ability to thrive under pressure, and a commitment to continuous improvement

Lead restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality expectations.
Supervise and train team members on restoration techniques and best practices.
Conduct assessments of damaged properties to determine necessary restoration actions.
Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various restoration tasks.
Implement mold remediation, fire restoration, water damage restoration, and asbestos abatement procedures as required.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project timelines.
Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
Qualifications
Proven experience in the restoration industry with a focus on fire and water damage restoration.
Strong knowledge of mold remediation practices and asbestos abatement processes.
Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
Excellent leadership skills with experience supervising a team.
Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Effective communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
