Job Description: We are seeking a diligent and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting the growth of our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated portfolio of commercial insurance clients.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
Review insurance policies and coverage options to provide appropriate recommendations to clients.
Process policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately and in a timely manner.
Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers to negotiate terms, pricing, and coverage for clients.
Handle client inquiries, claims, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Conduct regular account reviews to ensure client needs are met and identify opportunities for account growth.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to effectively advise clients.
Prepare reports and documentation for clients and internal stakeholders as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager or similar role in the insurance industry.
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverage options, and underwriting processes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and insurance management software.
