Position Overview The HCAi Construction Administrator will oversee the administrative aspects of construction projects, ensuring compliance with HCAI and OSHPD regulations. This role is crucial in coordinating project documentation, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and supporting the construction team to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain project documentation in accordance with HCAI and OSHPD standards.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Assist in the preparation and submission of permit applications and other required documentation.
Track project progress and update stakeholders on timelines and milestones.
Utilize Revit and AutoCAD for the review of construction drawings and plans.
Support the construction team with administrative tasks to enhance project efficiency.
Facilitate meetings and prepare minutes to document discussions and decisions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience with HCAI and OSHPD regulations is preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience in construction administration or a related field is a plus.
AIA or NCARB certification is preferred but not required.
