As a Customer Account Associate, you'll join a team at the forefront of business growth.You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, in charge of managing accounts, addressing inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional Customer Account Associate experience. You'll play a critical role in fostering customer satisfaction while developing the skills to tackle challenges, contribute to innovative solutions, and support high performing sales initiatives.
Customer Account Associate Responsibilities:
Engage with customers face-to-face to build relationships, understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
Manage customer accounts, ensuring information is accurate
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers inquiries
Assist customers with the enrollment process and setting up their services through our clients pre-qualification application.
Communicate feedback from customers to help improve companies products and services
Customer Account Associate will ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any issues promptly and professionally
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities and customer preferences to strengthen sales strategies and provide beneficial insight.
Attend daily Customer Account Associate training sessions to learn about client expectations and goals
Driving revenue growth by closing sales and exceeding targets.
Customer Account Associate Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account management is a plus, but not required
Customer Account Associate must have strong communication and public speaking skills
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a sales team
