Field Supervisor Position Overview The Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing field operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality in HVAC installations and maintenance. This role involves managing a team of technicians, coordinating service schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a team of technicians during installations and service calls.
Coordinate daily field operations to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members on HVAC systems, including chillers, package units, air handlers, boilers, and split systems.
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets company standards and customer expectations.
Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work orders and maintenance logs.
Train and mentor new technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge in HVAC systems and service best practices.
Qualifications
Proven experience in HVAC service and installation, specifically with chillers, boilers, and split systems.
Strong supervisory skills with a track record of managing teams effectively.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Valid HVAC technician certification and relevant licenses in the field.
In-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and service procedures.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Benefits
