Position Overview The NETA TECH IV is responsible for performing advanced electrical testing and maintenance on a variety of electrical systems and equipment. This role requires a thorough understanding of electrical testing procedures, as well as the ability to conduct tests safely and effectively. The NETA TECH IV will work closely with clients to ensure that all testing and services meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct advanced electrical testing on power systems and equipment according to NETA standards.
Interpret test results and provide detailed reports to clients and stakeholders.
Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on electrical systems to identify issues and recommend solutions.
Ensure all testing equipment is maintained and calibrated according to regulatory standards.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
Maintain thorough documentation of all testing procedures and results.
Qualifications
Certified NETA IV technician or equivalent experience in electrical testing.
Proficient in NETA 4 standards and electrical testing procedures.
Strong understanding of electrical systems and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
At least 5 years of experience in electrical testing or a related field.
