We are seeking a motivated Demand Generation Associate based in NYC to support campaign planning and execution across multiple channels, optimize and manage marketing operations, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, with experience using data to diagnose and improve lead generation tactics, optimize lead quality and conversion, and inform business decisions.
Success in this role also requires a creative and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to formulate new growth strategies and the resourcefulness to quickly implement and test new ideas. This role reports to the Head of Growth.
What You'll Do:
Manage and optimize cross-channel digital campaigns (digital ads, SEM, email campaigns, retargeting, etc.).
Develop compelling copy and messaging for campaigns and marketing assets.
Build targeted microsites using HubSpot and other tools.
Collaborate with Sales to refine messaging and develop lead nurturing sequences. Develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for key prospects and accounts.
Support strategic event strategy, from planning to execution.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or related B2B Marketing experience
Experience building cross-channel digital marketing campaigns is required (email, paid media, SEM, etc.)
Understanding of the B2B buyer's journey and full-funnel demand generation campaigns
Experience in marketing automation & CRM platforms a plus (especially Hubspot)
Strong analytical skills and ability to measure marketing effectiveness
Comfort in a fast-paced startup environment with the ability to own projects
A proactive, execution-focused mindset
