Job Responsibilities:Interpret and analyze content within title commitments, lien searches, and surveys.Prepare essential title documents for closings, including deeds, affidavits, and related paperwork.Create Closing Disclosures, Settlement Statements, and balance sheets/disbursement ledgers with precision.Coordinate and place orders for title searches, municipal lien searches, HOA Estoppels, payoffs, and surveys as required.Communicate effectively via phone and email with lenders, real estate agents, and clients.Manage a moderate to high file caseload while fostering strong collaboration with colleagues in the office.Utilize Excel, Outlook, and Closers' Choice closing software; training provided for qualified candidates if needed.Handle post-closing tasks, such as mailing checks with invoices, organizing bank packages, and preparing files for scanning.Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:Familiarity with phone systems.Prior experience using Microsoft Office software is preferred. recblid figvw8rij7ib2fkx80t7eceao1jdyr
