Job Description:

The Speech Language Pathologist is a vital part of our Rehab Services team!

Responsibilities and duties include:

• Assessing and diagnosing speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develops and implements individualized treatment plans for patients of all ages.
• Provides therapy to improve speech, language and communication skills.
• Conducts regular evaluations to monitor patient progress and adjusts treatment as needed.
• Documents patient progress and maintains accurate treatment records.
• Educates patients and family members regarding speech and language disorders and the treatment options.
• Must have good communication skills as they interact with patients, family members, team member and other health care professionals.
• Some travel to patient homes and other facilities required.
• Experience in Home Health, Hospital and/or skilled nursing settings preferred.
• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• Must be currently licensed in the State of Montana.
• Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Must have valid, clean driving record and license.
• CPR certified
