Your new company
Hays has partnered with a local general contractor in Livermore, CA that specializes in concrete, paving & grading projects throughout California. They are seeking MULTIPLE Project Managers to join their team with a strong flow of work for Caltrans and numerous other public projects.
Your new role
- Overseeing job sites and personnel.
- Overseeing labor projections
- Contract negotiation and administration.
- Planning and scheduling the projects.
- Negotiating and purchasing materials.
- Quality control program management.
- Maintaining client relationships.
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- 3-5 years of construction project management experience.
- Prior experience with concrete, paving & grading, or Caltrans work is a MUST.
