Fed up with the grueling schedule that comes with working 3rd Party? Want to work for a developer and help start their construction division? This opportunity is unlike most I recruit for, and you know why? Because my CORE business is usually with commercial 3rd party General Contractors. However, a client/GC who has built for them referred this Real Estate firm to me, due to them needing a team of qualified people.

This particular individual will know the trade market in Austin, have experience with concrete and structural steel and has built from dirt to completion. Project is in Leander, and they are set to build for 5 years in this location.
