This team is responsible for designing and implementing next-generation systems, ensuring seamless integration between ERP, sales, finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and data platforms.
The Customer Service and Sales Solution architect will focus on the design and implementation of ERP Customer Service and Sales modules to optimize company sales processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and configure ERP Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules.
Develop and implement sales processes, including lead management, opportunity management, and quote management.
Configure customer service workflows, case management, and knowledge base.
Integrate ERP with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and other customer-facing applications.
Develop and implement customer analytics and reporting solutions.
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
7 years of IT industry experience, preferably in manufacturing/supply chain domains.
5 years in a solution role with hands-on experience designing and implementing ERP and business system solutions.
Extensive experience with ERP Customer Service and Sales modules.
Strong understanding of sales and customer service processes.
Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
Experience with sales forecasting.
Experience architecting solutions based on off-the-shelf software with customized capabilities.
Background in cloud-based ERP deployments is highly desirable.
Understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and analytics platforms.
Key Competencies:
Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the primary functional expert in the Customer Service and Sales area within the ERP implementation.
Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Lead workshops and discussions to gather detailed business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and document them thoroughly.
Solution Design & Configuration: Design and configure ERP solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and the overall enterprise architecture.
Testing & Validation: Develop and execute test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the solution meets requirements and performs as expected.
Training & Documentation: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the ERP solution.
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the Enterprise Architect, other functional architects, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and communication.
Issue Resolution & Support: Provide ongoing support to users, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure the smooth operation of the ERP system.
Stay Updated: Remain current on the latest ERP features, updates, and best practices.
Data Migration Support: Assist in defining data migration requirements and validating migrated data.
