Meta Reality Labs is looking for an experienced leader to take on the role of North America, Head of Partner Enablement. Reporting to the Director of North America, Partner Enablement, this experienced executive will oversee all North America Retail Marketing operations including budgets, experiential programs, customer acquisition and retention while fully supporting all AR/VR products across brick and mortar as well as online retail accounts.You will have experience leading, communicating and collaborating effectively across internal cross-functional partners - including Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations. The position entails establishing and strengthening relationships with Meta third-party retail partners in the North American market to drive the Meta hardware strategy.You will be customer-focused and focused on making Meta "our retail partner's best partner", and thrive in a time sensitive, deadline driven and team-oriented environment.
Head of Partner Enablement, North America (Meta Reality Labs) Responsibilities:
Recruit, lead and develop a team of partner enablement individual contributors that work cross-functionally with Meta Reality Labs partners to deliver on multiple large-scale initiatives and channel-specific goals for Meta hardware and content.
Develop go-to-market Partner Enablement strategy for North America retail to optimize awareness, trial and conversion.
Develop, lead & execute Partner Enablement and Merchandising initiatives with North American retail partners while staying within agreed upon budgets and delivering against key performance indicators.
Provide continuous measurement and optimization of marketing programs to drive efficiency.
Oversee management and distribution of co-marketing budget, focusing on performance metrics.
Present key Partner Enablement marketing materials in front of retailers, executives, business development and internal cross-functional teams.
Manage content & campaign activities across retailers ensuring our content meets brand standards and is in service of overall team strategy.
Identify new Partner Enablement opportunities and position for review to help in future decisions
Coordinate and manage channel marketing elements for Quarterly Business Reviews, including regional context and performance across channels
Minimum Qualifications:
12+ years experience in marketing
5+ years people management experience, including managing performance and career growth for experienced individual contributors
Bachelor's degree in business, related field or equivalent experience in retail, partner or product marketing
Experience in retail marketing or partner marketing
Experience in technology based consumer product marketing and/or product management.
Experience with the North American retail landscape
Experience in business planning and tactical execution
Understanding of the various tools available to drive retail sales.
Experience in go-to-market planning and execution across online and traditional retail channels.
Experience presenting to and influencing at all levels of an organization
Experience advocating for innovation and the opportunities presented by disruptive technologies
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA
Global retail experience (outside of the US)
Experience with a challenger/net new technology that may have changed the way people connect, work and socialize

$180,000/year to $252,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
