This role is a hybrid position, based in Las Vegas, NV Pay- $18- $19/HR Depending on experience.
As a Foreclosure Specialist, you will play a key role in contributing to the company's success by efficiently executing the responsibilities of your position. Your primary duties include, but are not limited to:
Responding to consumer inquiries related to foreclosures through calls and emails with a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
Reviewing and submitting foreclosure cases in accordance with scheduled timelines.
Coordinating and tracking foreclosure processes for all properties, updating foreclosure statistics, and ensuring timely follow-up on all foreclosure accounts.
Managing any necessary legal activities that arise from voluntary surrenders, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
Assisting with the facilitation of HOA liens and foreclosures, including legal coordination and consistent follow-up to ensure the process is completed effectively.
Maintaining an organized and systematic filing system for accounts with pending legal action, ensuring all documentation is up to date and easily accessible.
Assisting in the development and documentation of departmental policies, procedures, and best practices to streamline operations.
Carrying out special projects or additional tasks as requested by management.
Supporting research and project-related work as assigned to contribute to team goals.
