**Job Overview:**As a Full-Time BCBA at Start Bright, you will play a crucial role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with developmental disabilities. You will work closely with clients, families, and a team of professionals to create and implement behavior intervention plans that promote positive behavior change and improve quality of life.**Responsibilities:**- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans- Provide direct ABA therapy services to clients in various settings- Train and supervise behavior technicians, caregivers, and other team members- Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes**Requirements:**- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in the field of ABA- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices in ABA- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation- Strong leadership skills**Salary Range:**$75,000 to $85,000 per year**Note:** Start Bright is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding nondiscrimination.
