Generate customer quotes, process orders accurately, and manage data entry using SOS Inventory or similar software. Perform essential administrative duties including filing, document management, and office organization. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance efficiency and workflow. Work closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and company objectives are achieved. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in a front office, customer service, or administrative role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and other office-related software (experience with SOS Inventory is a plus). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment. Basic understanding of business operations and logistics principles.
