Description:

Liberty FCU, a full-service credit union, is currently seeking applicants for a Mortgage Account Specialist. This position will be based out of the Hurstbourne office located at 1200 Forest Bridge Road, Louisville, KY 40223. Candidates must possess the ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet strict deadlines, and have clear and effective written and oral communication skills. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Act as Liaison between retail branch and mortgage division to verify current members in DNA who are utilizing the extra credit promotion have the eligible accounts
• Request exact amount of gift cards weekly from the retail branch to ensure all members receive gift card for closing
• Input all gift card information (card #, date sent, how gift card was received) in Encompass on a weekly basis
• Print out the gift card letters, stamp and mail the envelopes along with the gift cards every Friday to all members who successfully closed on their mortgage loan
• Track all change of circumstances in Encompass for CD’s and when due send out all preliminary and COC CD’s (est about 150-160/month)
• After 90 days from closing, follow up on final title policies and recorded mortgages and upload to Encompass eFolder once received
• Act as a notary for the mortgage division in Louisville
• Backup to Post-Closing and Closing when necessary
• Any other duties assigned by my supervisor or management
