The Assembler will assemble, test, paint, and evaluate manufactured products according to specifications. Will also route wiring harnesses and make electrical and gas connections on water heater assemblies.



Key Responsibilities

•Follow written and verbal work instructions.
•Perform product inspections and conduct tests to ensure pass/fail criteria are met.
•Performs necessary assembly functions working from operation sheets, verbal instructions,
samples, and blueprints.
•Selects the correct parts, materials, tools, assemblies, standards, and hardware, to support
the job.
•Uses various hand tools including basic measuring instruments, air tools, and riveting tools.
•Remove and/or replace installed components and any related parts.
•Assembling preformed sheet metal parts, using equipment such as drills, wrenches,
high-pressure carts, screwdrivers, hammers, and any other equipment that will assist in the
satisfactory performance of duties.
• Operation of equipment with personal safety and that of fellow employees in mind.
•Willingness to learn or train in the position.
•Must have the physical and mental stamina to stand, walk, lift, and adjust to the noise and
lighting of the manufacturing environment.
•Other duties as assigned and not limited to just the above.

Physical Requirements

• Repetitive bending, stooping, twisting, reaching.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Consistently lift 5-10 pounds (occasional up to 50 lbs.)
• Must have manual dexterity in order to assemble products or machines as directed.
• Must have excellent hand-eye coordination.
