The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Temperature Management Partnership Program Auditor/Administrative Assistant, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Initiating mailer audits of field-based Solventum assets


• Responding and working with customers on account reconciliation


• Ensuring accurate install base records in the system of record


• Resolving outstanding or inaccurate records.


• Recording & analyzing customer service quality complaint documentation to ensure proper compliance


• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize work


• Great teamwork and interpersonal skills


• Strong Communication & Organizational skills required


• Duties may include administrative tasks, which may include office management/maintenance, administrative projects, and front desk duties

• High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited institution


• Five (5) years providing administrative support to a large team


• Proficient with MS PowerPoint to create presentations


• Proficient with Excel to create monthly charts, graphs, and reports


• Proficient with Outlook to email and calendars


• Strong communication skills across multiple global sites


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with manager to resolve priority conflicts efficiently


• Demonstrate ability to complete assignments under pressure and short timelines


• Excellent organizational skills


• Ability to anticipate and problem solve independently


• Ability to handle confidential information


• Strong interpersonal skills and team player with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization


• MS Teams experience

Work location:

• 
  Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Oakdale, MN up to 4 days per week)

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $64,882 - $79,301, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
