Description: Our client is currently seeking a MANAGER - TREASURY MANAGEMENT AND WIRE OPERATIONS


Treasury Management and Wire Operations Manager


Role Overview: Oversee the implementation and operation of treasury management solutions, including ACH origination, wire transfer initiation, positive pay services, remote deposit services, account analysis, and sweep accounts. Ensure high service levels, accuracy, timeliness, and innovation for members.

Execute Flawless and Efficient Processes: Oversee all process requirements, systems, outcomes, member experience, metrics, reporting, and communication.

Responsibilities:


Leadership & Strategy: Lead and develop teams, ensure efficient and compliant operations, and build a positive work environment.


Strategic Planning & Support: Collaborate on new programs, provide performance updates, and align department goals with overall strategy.


Member Experience & Problem Resolution: Resolve escalated member concerns and ensure high satisfaction.


Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, monitor internal controls, and lead risk assessments.


Coaching, Mentorship & Performance Management: Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities, and manage recruitment and retention.


Project Management & Process Improvement: Lead projects, assess workflows, and drive innovation.


Vendor & Relationship Management: Manage vendor relationships and stay updated on industry trends.


Budgeting & Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage the annual budget, and provide financial reporting.


Policy & Procedure Development: Create and update policies, and ensure staff training.


Operational Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics and communicate issues to senior management.


Subject Matter Expertise: Maintain expertise in treasury management and wire processing, and ensure compliance.


Enterprise-Level Initiatives: Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies and member experiences.
