Team Summary: This role is within NOA's Digital Marketing department and supports source to pay operations as well as tracking budget and inventory for our LatAm Marketing and Communications group, within the broader RMC/Marketing organization.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:


  • Supports Leadership in preparing capital and/or operating budgets under Finance's general direction.
  • Reviews purchase orders against approved budgets, researches and resolves discrepancies.
  • Researches and prepares monthly budget variance summaries.
  • Ensures that asset inventory systems are accurately maintained and escalates concerns or issues accordingly.
  • Manages and maintains proper inventory levels.
  • Tracks and reports on various financial operations and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Updates existing documentation for changes in processes and prepares control documentation, flowcharts, policies and procedures.
  • Develops and maintains knowledge of procurement and contracts - purchasing processes, workflows and best practices.
