Responsibilities

• Locate, update, localize, and organize digital marketing materials for U.S. and Canadian collateral.
• Assist in increasing marketing and sales efficiencies for Building Protection portfolios.
• Move projects forward efficiently while working independently.
• Ask insightful questions to ensure project success.
• Participate in remote work with initial training and monthly in-person check-ins.

Skills

• Proficiency in Excel, Adobe Assets, and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear communication and adaptability.
• Professionalism in all aspects of work.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Workfront.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook.
• Knowledge of Sales Aid and website management.
• Experience working with vendors.
• 1+ year of experience in a large-scale company and matrixed environment.
