• Evaluate design alternatives using Design for Manufacturability principles.
• Manage compliance with Quality Control requirements and regulatory standards.
• Support divisional initiatives and maintain knowledge of new manufacturing technologies.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with equipment and process qualifications.
• Familiarity with software development and validation processes.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance standards.
