What You'll Do as ADON:

✅ Support the Director of Nursing in overseeing the nursing department and ensuring high-quality patient care.
✅ Mentor and develop nursing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
✅ Assist with staff training, compliance, and quality assurance programs.
✅ Help implement best practices to improve resident outcomes and team efficiency.
✅ Be a leader who inspires and creates a strong culture of care, respect, and excellence.

What We're Looking For:
