Your Role:
- Assist our amazing residents with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
- Help with meal times, ensuring our residents enjoy nutritious meals.
- Be a bright light of positivity and support for our residents, providing companionship and encouragement.
- Work closely with our nursing team to monitor and report any changes in residents' conditions.
Ideal Candidate:
- Certified STNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant) in good standing.
- Compassionate, dependable, and a team player who enjoys building relationships with residents.
- Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is a plus, but not required.
