Your new role


As a Garage & Warehouse Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Garage & Warehouse Operations Manager with administrative and support tasks for the garage and field. Your responsibilities will include organizing and entering tool and equipment slips, entering and approving truck and equipment work orders in E360, tracking and restocking supply room transactions, and coordinating deliveries to the office and field.



What you'll need to succeed

• Experience: Minimum of 4+ years in the commercial construction industry.
  
  


• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with software and database applications such as HeavyJob, E360, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Teams, SharePoint, and Coins.
  
  


• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
  


• Organization: Proven organizational management skills to maximize operational efficiencies.
  
  


• Physical Demands: Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting and moving up to 25 pounds.
