The Mass General Brigham Medical Group (MGBMG) is a system-led operating entity formed by Mass General Brigham to deliver high quality, low cost, innovative community-based ambulatory care. The group also offers outpatient surgery and endoscopy, imaging, cardiac testing, and infusion. We share the commitment to delivering a coordinated and comprehensive experience across all locations, ensuring the appropriate level of care is available to every patient across our care delivery sites.

We are seeking a Practice Administrator to lead the coordination of operations for Orthopedics and Spine practices of the North Shore specialty services of the MGBMG. Working closely with the Regional Executive Director of the North Region Specialty Services of the MGBMG, the Practice Administrator will collaboratively lead our teams to achieve targets and oversee day-to-day operations.

There are a total of 70 staff members (clinical and non-clinical) this Administrator will oversee and 30 providers (MDs, Surgeons, Physiatrists, APPs), and we hope to keep our practices growing!

Our outstanding orthopedic surgeons and sports medicine specialists provide exceptional care to North Shore patients and have earned a stellar reputation for excellence for decades. We hope to continue to develop and grow our surgical and nonsurgical orthopedic program!
