DNV Energy Systems is seeking an Project Coordinator to support DNV commercial energy efficiency and clean energy incentive programs. Key responsibilities include processing energy efficiency rebate applications, managing customer interactions via email and phone, conducting outreach events, and handling office administration tasks. Candidates must have experience with software programs and proficiency in analytical tools such as data filtering, sorting, and pivot tables.


This role is based at our DNV office in Las Vegas, NV, presenting a dynamic hybrid schedule where employees will typically spend three (3) days per week working from either a DNV office or client location/site. Further details regarding role-specific requirements will be shared during the interview process.



What You'll Do


  • Energy efficiency rebate application review, creation, and customer support.
  • Prepare detailed reports using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Meet with contractors to provide program information and training.
  • Proactively seek to identify customer needs and manage customer expectations.
  • Communicate with customers, contractors, and the client, and respond to emails promptly.
  • Plan, conduct, and/or support NV Energy community events, program promotional events, and contractor events.
  • Support office operations with tasks such as greeting visitors, receiving packages, managing mail, and ordering office supplies.

What is Required



  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, marketing, or similar discipline

  • Two (2) years of work experience in related areas such as customer service, sales, marketing & outreach

  • Experience with key application-specific analytical tools, including but not limited to data filtering, sorting, and pivot tables.

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft desktop products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Demonstrated work showing attention to detail and quality in task performance.

  • Capable of working well under pressure in time-critical situations and ability to remain productive and self-motivated during slower periods.

  • Excellent verbal communication

  • Exhibits a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented attitude.
