TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Sr. Director- Advanced Manufacturing located in Germantown, TN.
The Senior Director of Advanced Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 will lead the North American Production and Supply Chain efforts in implementing contemporary manufacturing technologies and practices. This role will oversee the integration of the TKE production system and Industry 4.0 principles to drive efficiencies, enhance production capabilities, and ensure the company remains at the forefront of technological innovation in manufacturing.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for implementation of TKE production system advanced manufacturing and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
Technology Integration: Lead the adoption and integration of advanced manufacturing technologies, including IoT, AI, robotics, and automation.
Operational Excellence: Improve manufacturing processes to enhance quality, reduce costs, and increase efficiency through the implementation of lean principles..
Team Leadership: Work with the factory sites to build and manage a high-performing team of engineers, technologists, and other professionals.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, IT, and supply chain, to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the manufacturing organization.
Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects related to advanced manufacturing and Industry 4.0.
Compliance: Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with industry standards and regulations.
