Are you an experienced Operations Leader ready for a new opportunity? Koch Air is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our Operations Team in Louisville. Our Operations Manager will lead branch level operations activities to ensure superior customer service and maximum operational excellence in safety, effectiveness, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
• Lead the safety culture to eliminate any injuries to team members, vendors, or customers or damage to property or equipment.
• Lead the development and continual support of the Counter Team Members related to phone sales, phone etiquettes, order processing, billing, and other customer related activities.
• Work with the Branch Sales Manager in developing and implementing any special and seasonal programs and ensuring that proper communication is given to all internal team members regarding these programs.
• Coordinate with purchasing and assist in managing inventory control to achieve inventory turn goals and minimize or eliminate customer service issues regarding inventory. Conduct Cycle Counts as instructed on continual basis.
• Lead the identification and resolution of service problems and customer complaints in coordination with the sales team. Identify root causes and implement changes to eliminate future occurrences.
• Manage, protect, maintain, and optimize the efficient use of all branch operations assets including the building, inventory, equipment, trucks, computers, and telephones.
• Lead the Branch level Continuous Improvement efforts, involving all branch team members. Address process issues quickly by utilizing the QMS system when exceptions arise. Conduct continuous analysis of the operations process to maximize team results.
• Train and develop all operations team members to ensure they are experts on Epicor P21, Microsoft Office and customer service skills. Conduct continuous coaching and recognition to maintain quality and service levels and high team member morale and engagement.
