Utility - GHB Job Description
- Ability to lift approximately 50 pounds or more
- Flexible for OT
- General Labor, Production Worker
- Commitment to company values and safe work practices.
- Standing for long periods and must be able to drive a Hyster.
- Ability to obtain Lift Truck Certification if needed
- Good oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with others in the immediate work area and in related support areas
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Expected to maintain all housekeeping items and housekeeping procedures associated with the position
- Expected to follow all safety regulations associated with the position
- Responsible for other various job duties as assigned by the supervisor
Job Tasks:
- Putting material back to stock locations
- Maintaining waste control in rebox area
- Assisting with the load/unload trailers process
- Inspect damage material
- Maintain a clean and efficient work area
- Restack material from warehouse when necessary
- Assist with inspection material back to stock locations
- Enter data into SAP when necessary
- Operate lift truck/reach truck/Hyster
- Job rotation and relief of other team members.
- Manage scrap/damage material from warehouse/returns/claims
- Other duties as assigned by supervision
- Standing long periods of time
- Performs other duties if need it as assigned by supervisor
