Compensation Analyst at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Dallas, Texas

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:

• Design and manage fair and competitive compensation plans for various roles


• Research and analyze market trends to keep pay competitive


• Calculate salaries, bonuses, and incentives accurately


• Ensure compliance with pay regulations and company policies


• Work with HR and leadership on pay strategies


• Communicate compensation details clearly to employees


• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Finance (CCP preferred)


• 3+ years of experience in compensation analysis


• Strong data and Microsoft Excel skills
