Job Description:



We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect with a deep understanding of digital footprint technologies and experience in designing solutions in the digital space and self-service tools. This individual will play a crucial role in modernizing our systems, replatforming our enrollment and billing platforms, and leading the migration of our business to health rules. Experience with portals (such as Salesforce), SMS texting, and digital transformation will be key in contributing to the company's growth and success. If you have a background in health insurance (while not mandatory), this will be considered a significant plus.



Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of innovative solutions with a focus on digital footprint strategies, including portals, self-service tools, and integration solutions.


• Oversee the replatforming of key systems, including enrollment and billing platforms, to support future growth and operational efficiency.


• Guide the migration of business operations to health rules, ensuring seamless integration and compliance.


• Collaborate with product and business teams to redo and enhance existing portals, including platforms like Salesforce to create user-friendly and effective solutions.


• Architect and implement integration solutions using Mulesoft, ensuring smooth connectivity across systems and platforms.


• Leverage your expertise in Azure, Snowflake, Salesforce, and other cloud technologies to drive the development of scalable, flexible, and secure solutions.


• Provide thought leadership on digital space strategies, focusing on self-service tools and customer-driven digital experiences.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and business stakeholders, to ensure solutions meet both business and technical requirements.


• Mentor and guide junior team members and stakeholders on architectural best practices and cutting-edge technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.


• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, Enterprise Architect, or similar role, with a focus on digital footprint and self-service tools.


• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and experience in enhancing, replatforming, or integrating Salesforce portals.


• Experience in the health insurance industry or with health rules migration is a plus but not required.


• Demonstrated expertise in replatforming critical business systems, especially in enrollment and billing processes.


• Hands-on experience with Mulesoft for system integration, as well as strong integration architecture knowledge.


• Proficiency in Azure, Snowflake, and Oracle with experience in designing cloud-based solutions.


• Strong experience in the digital space, including portals, SMS texting, and self-service tools.


• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with additional integration and cloud platforms.


• Certifications in relevant technologies such as Salesforce, Azure, or Mulesoft.


• Knowledge of digital transformation processes and methodologies.
