We are seeking a skilled Front-End Developer to collaborate with cross-functional teams in creating responsive, functional, and user-centric prototypes and web solutions. As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for transforming design concepts into interactive prototypes, driving the development of pitch pages for sales, and working with both designers and developers to create seamless, high-quality web applications.



Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Collaborate with Project Teams: Work closely with project managers, UX designers/researchers, and developers on a weekly basis to ensure project alignment and progress.


• 
  Prototype Development: Review project requirements and design mock-ups, transforming them into functional prototypes that can be shared with developers and stakeholders.


• 
  API Integration
  


• 
  Work with UX/UI Designers: Collaborate with designers to transform wireframes and design mock-ups into interactive, functional prototypes.


• 
  Front-End Development: Develop clean, responsive, and efficient code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and APIs. Experience with Adobe Target for A/B testing is a plus.


• 
  Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, content management developers, and design teams to deliver intuitive and seamless web solutions.


• 
  Test & Debug: Perform cross-browser testing and debugging to ensure compatibility, optimizing usability and resolving any issues as they arise.

Key Requirements:

• 
  Experience: Proven experience as a Front-End Developer, UX Developer, or a similar web development role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.


• 
  Technical Proficiency:
  
  
  
  • Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and deep knowledge of content management systems.
  
  
  • Ability to create responsive and adaptive web designs using CSS frameworks.
  
  
  • Experience integrating APIs and working with back-end developers to connect front-end applications with back-end services.
  
  
  
  


• 
  A/B Testing: Experience using Adobe Target for A/B testing of components and webpages.


• 
  SEO & Accessibility: Knowledge of SEO best practices and accessibility standards (WCAG).


• 
  UX/UI Principles: Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, including wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design.


• 
  Design Tools: Familiarity with design collaboration tools like Figma.

Required Skills:

• 
  Front-End Coding: Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.


• 
  Accessibility: Strong understanding of accessibility best practices and how coding affects usability.


• 
  A/B Testing: Experience with Adobe Target for A/B testing.


• 
  Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in web development.
