Analyze, design, develop, debug, and implement, components, and applications to meet the project needs. Drive conversion with product development managers, technical managers, and architects to help with finalizing architectural decision. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and business team member including developers, architects, and business operations to identify enhancement performance bottlenecks, system issues and deliver them in timely fashion. Facilitate User Acceptance Testing by working with product managers and business users to ensure that system functionality meets business requirements and aligns with end-user expectations. Lead efforts to incorporate customer feedback into system enhancements, ensuring high levels of business and user satisfaction. Write well-written, self-documenting code that follows best practices and design patterns. Drive continuous improvements in standards and lead by example in adhering to high-quality coding practices. Maximize system uptime / availability and ensuring functional & performance SLAs are met. Lead initiatives to establishing and enhance end-to-end monitoring and alerting mechanisms, while ensuring compliance with industry-specific standards such as security protocols and data privacy regulations. Design cucumber behavior-driven test automation framework, and guide team members to develop automated test cases for comprehensive end-to-end testing and ability to build products with focus on quality, ensuring all the quality metrics are maintained. Provide hands-on technical expertise and resolving production issues by thoroughly investigating the codebase to identify root causes. Implement long-term solutions that enhance system stability and reduce post-release incidents. Lead post-incident analysis and establish preventive measures to mitigate future occurrences. Assign work to team members and mentor engineers on assignments and able to mentor Junior team members. Lead initiatives to define career development paths and create training materials and learning sessions that facilitate skill growth within the team. With a DevOps mindset, improve the overall quality of the product leveraging clean code, test automation, CI/CD practices and smart monitoring solutions. Drive infrastructure management efforts, focusing on cloud deployments and container orchestration. Must be available to work in office 1 day week.
Salary Range: $206,315 - $211,315
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
Master's degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science or related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related role.
