Physical Requirements Ability to lift, push, and pull objects up to 25 lbs; Sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
Shift Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm; some evenings and weekends required
Job Summary The Program Coordinator will be responsible for all tasks associated with achieving the department’s mission that include, but are not limited to:
  • facilitating Board meetings
  • planning and implementing virtual and in-person educational and network building programs and events
  • communicating with internal and external stakeholders and donors
  • leading social media and marketing efforts
  • conducting community-based outreach programming to increase physical activity among youth and families
  • coordinating student volunteers and interns
  • supporting research projects

This position requires strong attention to detail, clear and consistent communication with all internal and external stakeholders, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, OneNote, PowerPoint, etc.), Canva, MailChimp, REDCap, Zoom, Qualtrics, and Adobe (preferred).

Preferred Education/Experience Masters, or Bachelors and related experiences preferred
